Minibikes, dirt bikes, go-karts terrorize Henderson neighborhood, resident says

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A Las Vegas man says minibikes, go-karts and dirt bikes have been tearing through his street near Horizon Ridge and Interstate 11 for at least a couple years — and his attempts to stop it have led to harassment and even a death threat.

Mark Lippincott, who lives on Heather Drive, said young riders have been using the road for wheelies and donuts, and that a nearby home has become a hangout house where riders gather. He said the activity has continued day and night.

Complaints met with retaliation, resident says

Lippincott said his complaints over the last couple of years have led to retaliation outside his home. He said attempts to talk to the young riders have not produced results.

“Like, it’s a big old game,” Lippincott said. “Then they’re laughing, and they’re like, the police aren’t going to come. You’re a fool.”…
