Strong winds down trees, knock out power to homes

High winds toppled trees and knocked out power to thousands.

No one was hurt after high winds caused a tree fell on a house in Albany. It happened at around 12:50 a.m. at 178 Milner Ave., according to Albany Fire Chief Joseph Gregory. Firefighters arrived on scene at around 1 a.m.
