AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – On March 16th, shortly after 5:30 am the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an unresponsive inmate at the Charles B. Webster Detention Center.
Upon arrival, deputies and detention staff located a white male inmate, identified as Daniel Morgan, alone in an isolation cell and unresponsive.
Facility personnel immediately initiated appropriate medical response procedures…
