BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Officials said human remains were found in a dirt field last week just outside of McFarland.
The remains have not been identified and it is not known if the discovery is connection to another ongoing investigation.

Officials from the coroner’s office said the remains were found in a dirt lot near Whisler Road and Garzoli Avenue just south of McFarland on March 11.
