BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Baltimore police are asking for the public’s help in solving the fatal shooting of Chloe Weems from November of 2025.
Around 10:40 p.m. on Nov. 24, 2025, officers were called to the 900 block of Poplar Grove in west Baltimore for a reported shooting.
When officers arrived, they found 29-year-old Chloe Weems suffering from several gunshot wounds. She was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead, police said…
