A Brockton, Massachusetts, man is facing charges in a deadly crash that killed two men in November.
Mario Hernandez, 32, is accused of driving drunk leading up to a crash on Nov. 14, which killed 26-year-old Shane Spillane and 24-year-old Justin Pratt, according to the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office.
