RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — A man has been arrested after authorities say a verbal altercation resulted in a shooting.
On March 17 at 12:00 p.m., deputies with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department responded to the 300 block of Goodwin Way in reference to a shooting.
