COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – A man is facing charges linked to a Tuesday shooting in Richland County.
The Richland County Sheriff’s Department said 79-year-old Larry Brown was arrested and charged with attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
