Father sues apartment complex after allegedly finding dead mouse in baby’s mouth

PORTLAND (WKRC) – A father filed a lawsuit against the apartment complex he lived at with his family after he allegedly discovered a dead mouse in his infant’s mouth.

According to the legal complaint which was obtained by Law&Crime, Bryan Padilla and his family moved into a Portland apartment complex owned and operated by AMFP V Pine Village on November 8.

Shortly after moving in, Padilla discovered a “rodent infestation” in his apartment and submitted multiple maintenance requests, per the lawsuit. The issue allegedly became so severe that on December 22 a mouse managed to burrow into the home and eventually died. Padilla’s 10-month-old son reportedly found the mouse and placed it into his mouth…
