HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — The Harrisburg Midtown Arts Center (HMAC) will be foreclosed upon and will not reopen, the owner confirmed to CBS 21 Monday.
This comes after the center had a back-and-forth with the city when the business had been accused of failing to pay the city’s amusement tax for years.
