The City of Costa Mesa announced that the Draft Specific Plan for the Fairview Developmental Center is now available, and a 30-day public comment period has begun. Residents are invited to attend one of three community open houses later this month to learn more and share feedback.
The first open house will be on March 24 from 6–8 p.m. at the Costa Mesa Country Club. The second will be on March 26 from 6–8 p.m. at the Costa Mesa Senior Center. A virtual workshop will be held on March 30 from 6–7:30 p.m.. More details are available at FDCPlan.com…
