VOX Kitchen, a modern Pan-Asian restaurant specializing in Chifa-inspired cuisine, is set to open a new location in Aliso Viejo at 26511 Aliso Creek Road.
The company’s third location will replace Panini Kabob Grill within The Commons shopping center, according to a liquor license application. While an exact opening date has not been announced, tenant improvements are pending. Customers can expect VOX Kitchen’s fusion menu, which blends traditional Peruvian and Chinese flavors with contemporary techniques.
VOX Kitchen was founded as part of Kei Concepts’ restaurant group, which has built a network of Pan-Asian and fusion concepts across Southern California.
