North Alabama experienced snowfall early Monday morning following severe weather on Sunday night.
The snow, which fell quickly across the region, led to some school districts sending students home early.
Eddie Gilbert, Limestone County EMA Director, said, “We woke up this morning to temperatures dropping, and then later on snowfall, so it’s been kind of a whirlwind, probably 40 degree temperature drop in one day. It’s north Alabama.”…
