Operations tied to St. Patrick’s Day will target impaired driving with checkpoints and saturation patrols.
The Los Angeles Police Department announced that operations will take place in multiple divisions and neighborhoods from Tuesday, March 17, through Sunday, March 22, targeting impaired driving and aiming to reduce alcohol- and drug-related crashes.
On Tuesday, March 17, a DUI checkpoint is planned from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. at Topanga Canyon Boulevard and Roscoe Boulevard. Saturation patrols will also be conducted from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. in the Hollywood and Pacific divisions…
