Naples’ chef Kayla Pfeiffer promises dining adventure

It’s Women’s History Month, so let’s give a nod to a notable chef who’s shaping the Naples cuisine scene by taking diners on a gastronomic adventure.

Kayla Pfeiffer of Bicyclette Cookshop and Thank You Kindly Cookshop is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, a Food Network Chopped champion and a 2025 James Beard Emerging Chef semifinalist.

“I think what Bicyclette brings to the Naples dining scene is a sense of curiosity and energy,” she said. “Naples has incredible ingredients and a strong dining culture, but I’ve always wanted Bicyclette to feel a little more playful and chef-driven, a place where technique, seasonality and personality all meet on the plate. We try to take familiar ideas and look at them from a different angle, whether that’s through global influences, unusual ingredients or simply letting the kitchen have fun.”…
