JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) — Snow arrived in the Tri-Cities region on Monday afternoon, and despite recent warm temperatures, some areas are expected to see some accumulation.
Storm Team 11 predicts the higher elevation areas of Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee could see some notable snow totals. Some schools in the region announced schedule changes for Tuesday due to the snow.
News Channel 11 had crews out in the community and on the roads monitoring conditions.
