Ex-con identified and arrested March 12 after serial burglaries and theft of cars and credit card fraud.
MNPD detectives Thursday night arrested Tarice Lamont Smith, 51, for 12 counts of identity theft, 14 counts of credit card fraud, one count of burglary, burglary of a motor vehicle, criminal impersonation, four counts of theft, and two probation violations.
