STUART, Florida – Two suspects tied to a series of retail thefts across multiple states were arrested Monday in Stuart, Florida, following a coordinated investigation involving several law enforcement agencies.
On March 16, 2026, officers with the Stuart Police Department were alerted by the Port St. Lucie Police Department about two individuals suspected in multiple shoplifting incidents at Ulta Beauty stores in their area. Investigators later determined the suspects were connected to thefts at Ulta locations across several states.
