LOXLEY, Ala. (WALA) – The Baldwin County Commission voted unanimously Tuesday, March 17, 2026 to partner with the City of Loxley on a $16.3 million infrastructure project that will extend Bedrock Boulevard past Stonebridge Elementary School and connect it to Highway 59.
The approximately two-mile extension will create a direct connection between Highway 31 and Highway 59. The project is the final initiative tied to the county’s 30 Cubed program, and is the largest of the program’s projects.
