Brighton pair accused of luring victim, forcing money transfer in violent assault

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Two Brighton residents are accused of luring a victim into a violent encounter that led to a sexual assault and robbery, according to police.

Investigators with the Brighton Police Department say the victim knew one of the suspects and was invited under false pretenses. Once there, police allege the victim was forcibly sexually assaulted and compelled to transfer money electronically.

Nicholas Colakovski, 33, and Breona Hough, 23, both of Brighton, are each charged with first-degree aggravated sexual abuse, first-degree robbery, and second-degree robbery…
