ELKTON – A man is facing criminal charges after he allegedly punched a man in the face and then intentionally struck him with his pickup truck in an Elkton neighborhood, according to Cecil County District Court records.
Investigators identified the suspect as Lewis D. Johns, 45, of New Castle, Del.
Johns stands accused of punching the man in the face at approximately 12:15 a.m. on March 11 in front of the victim’s residence in the 200 block of Hollingsworth Manor, after arriving there in a white 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel pickup truck, police said…
