A Queens mother of three, Lisette Ramales, was randomly slashed by a masked man as she walked to a bus stop early Monday morning, leaving her with serious injuries and “scared to go back home,” she told The Post.
The 29-year-old was walking near 23rd Avenue and 94th Street in East Elmhurst, around 6:20 a.m., when a stranger launched a senseless attack. According to Ramales and the police, she was crossing the street, waiting for the light to change when the man suddenly slashed her multiple times without warning.
The Unprovoked Attack
Ramales recalls being completely startled by the attack:
“I was waiting for the light to turn to walk,” she explained from her hospital bed. “All of a sudden, the guy slashed me twice. I yelled, and he looked like he turned around to go. And then just because I yelled, he did it again.”…
