STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — More than 200 people celebrated Ramadan with the Albanian-American Association of Ulqin and Emina’s Hand Foundation during its fifth annual Iftar Dinner on Wednesday, March 11, at the Historic Old Bermuda Inn in Rossville.
