If anyone has big Chicago energy, it’s Taylor Kinney. Since 2012, the actor has starred as Lieutenant Kelly Severide on Chicago Fire (with occasional appearances onChicago P.D.and Chicago Med), so it’s no surprise that he has collected some real estate in the Windy City.

Taylor Kinney’s Loft Apartment in Chicago’s West Loop Is Available to Rent
As The Chicago Tribunefirst reported this week, Taylor Kinney has listed his apartment in Chicago’s West Loop for rent — and it’s available immediately. Real estate agent Nicholas Colagiovanni is managing the listing, with asking price of $20,000 a month. Per the newspaper, Kinney bought the unit in 2017 for just over $1.2 million.
Colagiovanni did not immediately respond to Parade‘s request for comment. But according to what appears to be the apartment’s listing, the home is a “12+, Triple AAA rated turnkey, stellar residence with the highest end finishes in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the nation.” It’s located at 1000 West Washington Boulevard, Residence 436-37, in an old warehouse building constructed in 1882.
