Clayton Homes, a leading national builder of single-family manufactured homes, recently cut the ribbon on a new home building facility in Conway.
Clayton is investing $42 million in modernizing an existing 220,000-square-foot facility. The Conway plant marks the Tennessee-based company’s 41st facility, and the first new facility opened since 2016.
