KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City man will spend 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to shooting his brother in the head.
Jacob L. Ackerman, 44, entered his guilty plea on Monday, March 16, according to Jackson County Circuit Court records.
