OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – An Omaha hotel that was raided by the FBI last summer is getting a fresh start.
First Alert 6 has confirmed with Pat Green of Hospitality and Commercial Brokers that the AmericInn Hotel near I-80 is in the process of being sold.
Green tells First Alert 6 it could take 90 to 120 days for the deal to become official. Once it closes, the plan is to clean up the property and make the vacant building a hotel again…
