ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — A plan to build 32 new housing units along Alpine Road, directly across from Alpine Park and steps from Alpine Hills Adventure Park, will come before Rockford’s Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday.
The project, at 515 S. Alpine Road, would bring six residential buildings to the site: four 4-unit structures and two 8-unit structures, for a total of 32 units.
