TULSA, OKLA. (KTUL) — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a man who has been missing for several weeks after he was last seen in North Tulsa.
Andrew Dreadfulwater III, 47, was last seen around 6:30 a.m. on February 3 at the Osage Casino in North Tulsa.
