SPRINGFIELD, MO – Another addition is coming to a large commercial development under construction on the city’s south side.
In January, Ozarks First showed you the construction work that had started on The Ridge at Ward Branch. The 100-acre property is located off S. Campbell Ave. at Lakewood St. near the Library Center. The site was prepared years ago for a mix of retail and residential projects, but the property remained largely undeveloped until recently. In recent months, contractors have been working on the Lakewood Ridge Apartments residential complex.
Now, we’re learning that Wyndham is planning to build an extended-stay hotel on the site…
