Road rage suspect to stay in jail after arrest near West Mesa High School

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – A suspect will stay in jail as he faces charges for a road rage shooting that injured two people near Coors Boulevard.

Police arrested 22-year-old Houston Raul Ruiz Licon on March 10 for allegedly shooting at another vehicle the week before. A 30-year-old woman and a 17-year-old male were hospitalized for injuries.
