PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Portland Police and the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office have responded to a suspicious device found near the Interstate / Rose Quarter MAX station.
“Transit Police arrested a man at the Interstate MAX station at the Rose Quarter, and upon searching him, found a suspicious device,” Deputy John Plock said. “Metro Explosive Device Unit is on scene investigating.”
Southbound Interstate Avenue remains closed…
