LOUISVILLE − City Council has appointed Mike Johnston, a member of the city Planning Commission, to fill the council seat vacated by Mycha Mills.
I “enjoy serving the city,” he said in remarks to council before the vote. “Once this opportunity became open, I’d like to serve in that capacity.”
