CLINTON, Md. — Residents in Prince George’s County say they are raising concerns about a proposed subdivision that could bring hundreds of new homes to Steed Road in Clinton.
The development, known as Hyde Landing, is planned for the site of the former Washington Executive Airport. The proposal would transform about 425 acres into a residential community featuring hundreds of homes, along with green space, trails, community gardens, a solar farm and roughly 60,000 square feet of retail space.
