COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — Longtime Columbus journalist, author, and historian Billy Winn passed away on Tuesday.
Winn was a Columbus native, who graduated from Columbus High School. He attended Emory and Georgia State in Atlanta, where he earned his college degree.
