EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — A traffic stop for a stolen vehicle ended in a physical struggle and the arrest of an Evansville man Tuesday afternoon.
Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 32-year-old Zachary Aaron Brown, on preliminary charges of Level 6 felony theft of a vehicle and Level 5 felony resisting law enforcement causing bodily injury.
According to an affidavit of probable cause, deputies spotted a red Dodge pickup truck traveling north on Weinbach Avenue after 3 P.M. The vehicle had been reported stolen to the Evansville Police Department earlier that morning…
