Prosecutor charges 36-year-old man in Lansing shooting

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The Ingham County Prosecutor’s Office has charged 36-year-old Matthew Husse, of Lansing, with assault with intent to murder and felony firearm following a shooting that left one man injured.

On Thursday, officers with the Lansing Police Department responded to the 4700 block of Lowcroft Avenue at around 10:35 p.m. after receiving reports of a shooting.

LPD reports that upon arrival, officers found a 57-year-old man with unspecified shooting-related injuries. The victim was last reported to be in critical but stable condition.
