The Gwinnett Animal Shelter is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with a special Green Means Go Tuesday adoption event. Visitors wearing green outerwear can adopt a pet for $17, and some lucky adopters will have their fees completely waived at random. Each adopter will also receive a free green toy for their new pet.
