A Sunday evening shooting in Sacramento’s Parkway neighborhood left a teenage boy wounded and a residential cul-de-sac rattled, as police continue to search for whoever pulled the trigger.
Officers were called just before 5:45 p.m. to the first block of Restoration Court, near Franklin Boulevard, where they found a juvenile male who had been shot. He was taken to a hospital for treatment. As of Monday, authorities had not released his condition, and investigators said they had not identified a suspect.
According to The Sacramento Bee, responding officers located the teen with at least one gunshot wound while detectives worked the scene. Reporter Darrell Smith noted that investigators still had no suspect information as of Monday.
