A Carmichael man was arrested by the FBI and booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on Tuesday after allegedly making threats against his wife and an Oklahoma judge who issued a protective order against him, jail records and court documents show.
Karl Czekai, 29, will make his first appearance Wednesday in Sacramento federal court where he will be charged with the interstate transmission of threats, a criminal complaint unsealed Tuesday shows.
