TOLEDO, Ohio — Police arrested a man on Tuesday for allegedly shooting at a vehicle and hitting a 10-year-old over the weekend.
The 10-year-old suffered minor injuries in the shooting in west Toledo Saturday afternoon, according to police.
Jeronica Phillips, 56, shot at the vehicle multiple times near North Byrne Road and Avondale Avenue, according to an affidavit. He faces charges of felonious assault and discharging a firearm on or near prohibited premises…
