GILBERT, S.C. (WIS) – South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson said that a Lexington County woman was arrested and charged Tuesday for the alleged exploitation of a vulnerable adult.
Gina B. Carnaggio, a 58-year-old Gilbert resident, has been charged with one count of exploitation of a vulnerable adult and one count of a breach of trust with fraudulent intent for $10,000 or more.
