LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Lincoln Fire and Rescue responded to an apartment building fire near the Nebraska Governor’s Mansion Wednesday morning.
Reports of a structure fire near the intersection of S. 13th and F streets, just one block from the Governor’s Mansion, began coming in around 3:39 a.m.
