Chick-fil-A will build a distribution and warehouse facility in Lubbock, with construction scheduled to start in May and helped by more than $4 million for incentives, according to public records, LubbockLights.com has confirmed.
Lubbock offered an incentive under the name “Project Ranger” to a company called Supply Properties III, LLC. Tax records tied the company name to Chick-fil-A.
Chick-fil-A has not yet responded to our request by phone and email for comment.
