LUBBOCK, Texas — Texas Tech graduate and the newly crowned Miss Lubbock, Kortnie Koebel, will make her way to Richardson, Texas, in June to compete for the title of Miss Texas.
“I actually discovered the Miss America organization, specifically Miss Lubbock, through Jaye Brooks,” Koebel said.
