Albuquerque man accused of road rage shooting will stay in jail

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque man accused of shooting two people during a road rage incident will stay behind bars. Police said 22-year-old Houston Ruiz Licon shot at a car on Coors Boulevard earlier this month, injuring a 30-year-old woman and a 17-year-old male. That incident caused the nearby West Mesa High School to shelter in place for about 30 minutes.
