SPOKANE, Wash. — The Washington State Department of Transportation launched a new project that aims to reconnect the East Central Spokane neighborhood.
The Liberty Park Land Bridge project aims to connect the neighborhood by creating a land bridge over I-90. Once complete, people will be able to walk, bike and recreate on the bridge.
