AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Five years after Hilton Turner Sr. and Jeannette Turner were found shot to death in their Augusta home, their daughter has put up billboards around the city in an effort to keep the unsolved case in the public eye.
Belinda Baker, the couple’s daughter, placed two billboards along I-20 — one near the Gordon Highway exit and another near the 15th Street exit — to remind the public that the case remains open and that investigators need tips.
“The cost are minuscule compared to the hole that exists everywhere I turn,” Baker said.
