A Massachusetts jury found a former Fall River business owner guilty of stealing $25,000 from a nurse instead of installing a backyard pool at her Stoughton home.
Larry Westgate listened to the verdict inside the Stoughton District Court on Tuesday and shook his head in disbelief.
