Dayton ex-educator & coach sentenced to over 22 years for online exploitation of minors

DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) — A Dayton man will spend more than two decades in federal prison after admitting to exploiting minors online.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio, David Snell, 37, was sentenced to over 22 years in prison for coercion and enticement.

As previously covered, Snell served as the girls’ soccer coach for the 2018 and 2019 seasons in the West Carrollton School District, but did not have any complaints against him during that time. West Carrollton Schools public relations says Snell was employed as a former educator at Northwestern Local Schools, Northwestern Elementary School, Winton Woods City Schools, and Centerville City Schools…
